June - Harvest House Happenings

  

                             Harvest House Founders -- Linda and Gary Tatu 


The Divine Mercy Painting:   On April 8, 2013, the Divine Mercy Chapel was dedicated at the New Hope Education Center.  The artist, Diane Hays, Most Rev. Richard Malone- Bishop of Buffalo with Gary and Linda Tatu were present.  Private donors commissioned the artist to paint the image of Divine Mercy, with the inscription "Jesus, I Trust in You", in memory of their mother and father.

Kitchen Helpers 

Participants in Young Christians at Work have a chance to help in the fully equipped kitchen on Seneca St. 


The cafeteria always is filled with fun activities along with good friends.

 

The young people on a retreat find a comfortable place to sleep ... real cozy!

 


The main worship and assembly area is always decorated for Christmas gatherings and liturgy.


Linda Tatu is happy to re-open the Mobile Food Market at 175 Jefferson Ave.   Produce is grown and harvested by the Massachusetts Avenue Project.


Spring and Summer brings the outdoor, mobile market to our facility at 175 Jefferson Ave. in Buffalo. 

       The pipe organ at Harvest House on Seneca Street is available for practice sessions.


Jennifer Lee McNamara and Fred Cook of the Patrick P. Lee Foundation present Linda and Gary Tatu with a check for $50,000 towards the expansion of the New Hope Education Center.
