Where?- New Hope Education Center- 175 Jefferson Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14210

            - Across from the Frederick Douglass Towers between Swan and Clinton Street

When?- Monday through Friday from 9am-12noon

How long does the course last?- As long or as short as you need

Who can take the class?- You must be 18 or older to take the course

What does it cost?- This course is completely free

What do I learn in the class?- The GED course teaches students to improve basic reading, writing, and math skills.  It also teaches general study skills as well as life skills that will prepare future job-seekers or students looking for future education.

Course Description- New Hope's GED class is designed to assist adults with math and reading and writing skills in preparation for taking and passing the GED exam.  Instruction focuses on improving basic skills, reading of science and social studies materials, as well as analytical and general study concepts.  Getting your GED can open doors for you.  Your diploma can qualify you for job training or college.  If the lack of a GED is holding you back, allow our certified instructors to prepare you to take- and pass- the GED exam.  There is no charge for this course.

Walk in and begin today!  Classes are offered Monday through Friday from 9am to 12noon at New Hope Education Center located on 175 Jefferson Avenue.
