A tribute to Gary Tatu

Spirit of Mercy Award received November 2013 from Mt. Mercy Academy


The Divine Mercy Painting:   On April 8, 2013 the Divine Mercy Chapel was dedicated at the New Hope Education Center. 

The artist, Diane Hays, and The Most Rev. Richard Malone, Bishop of Buffalo, were present with Gary and Linda Tatu.  Private donors commissioned the artist to paint the image of Divine Mercy, with the inscription, "Jesus, I Trust in You," in memory of their mother and father.

JOB FAIR - JUNE 2015

Our New Hope Education Center, LPN Class Graduates attended

a Job Fair with several potential employers.

Game Room 

The game room at the Harvest House Retreat Center on Seneca Street - Young people unwinding.


 The Chapel on Seneca Street  - Personal or Small Group Prayer and Reflection.

 

Kitchen Helpers 

Participants in Young Christians at Work have a chance to help in the fully-equipped kitchen on Seneca Street.


The dining room always is filled with fun activities, along with good friends.

 

The young people on a retreat find a comfortable place to sleep ... real cozy!

 

  The pipe organ at Harvest House on Seneca Street is available for practice sessions.

 


The main worship and assembly area - decorated for Christmas gatherings and liturgy.

Jennifer Lee McNamara and Fred Cook of the Patrick P. Lee Foundation present Linda and Gary Tatu with a check for $50,000 towards the expansion of the New Hope Education Center. 

 


Linda Tatu is happy to re-open the Mobile Food Market at 175 Jefferson Ave.   Produce is grown and harvested by the Massachusetts Avenue Project.
